And I thought about them for a long time. When it came down to it and I signed the lease I really had nothing on paper. I went into the place the day I signed and drew something on the wall. I felt like I was about 90% there. That was in the near the end of August.
I had advertised for a GM in July but no one wants to take a job when there is really nothing there but a concept. I had 3 people take the job but disappeared immediately. After I signed the lease I hired someone who would get things going while I painted.
